Our company is based on the belief that your pet's needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs.
We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry. The company is owned by Susan Shoaf. Susan has always had animals around her whole life.
Susan has a Master's in Education from the University of Memphis and an undergraduate degree from Southeast Missouri State University in finance and management. She has worked as a teacher and also in advertising sales fairly recently. Also, in the past, she attended nursing school, where she became comfortable with giving shots if your pet would need that service. After careful analysis about what her true passions are in life, she realized that it is being involved with animals and seeing to their well being.
We would love to meet with you and do an initial visit, which is FREE to see exactly what your needs are for your pets and any additional things you might need done. This visit will be with Susan or another employee that covers your area. We think the details make the difference. We are a professional, licensed, bonded, and insured pet sitter, and we provide you proof of this. We show you our 25 point inspection that we use for your peace of mind. We fill out a client profile, pet profile, veterinarian release form, key retention form (if wanted), and have you read and sign our policy and procedure form. The veterinarian release form is used in case your pet needs to go to the vet while in our care, so we know where to go and are able to take your pet to the vet during your absence.
After the initial visit, we will put your plan into action of exactly when and what we have talked about for your pets. Inside dogs will need at least two visits a day and three would be nice. Most cats and other animals will do fine with one visit a day. While we are there we will provide lots of attention to your pets, which might be in the form of walking a dog and playing fetch or setting and rubbing a cat. You let us know what your pets like best and we will put our hearts into doing as much as we can during our visit.
We employ people that have a heart for animals and have animals their selves. They are taught what is expected of them on each visit to your home. When other team members are used on a regular bases to pet sit your animal, you will get a chance to meet them first. There will be occasional times when Susan takes vacation, and you would be notified that someone else is taking care of your pets for a short while.
The animals Susan currently has is four cats, Storm, Sabrina, Sebastian, and Sammi, two dogs, Brittney (a Jack Russell Terrier) and Bello (Husky/terrier mix), three fish, and one hermit crab. Susan cares deeply about her own pets and everyone elses, so you can be assured that your animals, how great or small, will receive the utmost, best care. We will even provide you a detailed sheet about what happened during each visit.
We also need to hear any constructive feedback good or bad about us, so we can learn and grow to reach our full potential in taking care of your pets. Please send us this information on our Contact Us page of this website.
