Services

Initial Consultation Visit - Appointment required.

Vacation Services - Pets will be fed, watered, turned out in yard or walked, lightly groomed and given lots of TLC. Minor accidents and spills will be cleaned up, pet dishes washed, and cat litter cleaned. Mail/paper brought in, trash placed for pickup, plants watered, and check swimming pool, and outside birds fed/watered, if you desire. Also includes administering meds.

Weekly:

Puppy and Lonely Dog Checks - Puppies need a break, especially if crated. Potty break and play time provided by WHAT A PET WANTS. Some dogs suffer from separation anxiety; taking a walk or run in the yard during the day can help relieve stress.

Dog Walking - Work or illness can affect the time you can spend walking or playing with your dog. We can provide walk or play time.

Pet Taxi Service - Pet will be picked up at your home and taken to the vet or groomer.

Mileage

Key Pickup/Return - If extra trip required.

Holiday Fees - Applicable on New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Overnights - On a limited bases, we

sleep at your house. This is for the special needs pet that is elderly or ill. We get there between 7 to 9pm and leave from 7 to 9am depending on our schedule.

No Fee

$15.00 per visit for 1-4 pets. Average visit 30 minutes.

$1.00 per each additional pet.

$15.00 per visit for birds, rabbits, fish or reptiles.

1-3 visits per day.

Extra fees may apply for watering plants

or caring for swimming pools.

$15.00 per visit.

$15.00 each way.

Vet appointments over 1/2 hour will be pro-rated at $30.00 per hour.

No mileage fees in Arlington, Bartlett, Lakeland, Cordova, Germantown, Collierville, and parts of Memphis, TN.

All other towns and rural areas call for pricing and availability.

$10.00 per trip.

Add $5.00 per day.

$45.00 per night.

Please schedule 2 weeks in advance if possible. We will try to work you into our schedule if we can with less notice. The sooner you book the better.

$60 Minimum (includes transportation and up to two hours vet/hospital wait time). $30.00 per hour wait time over two hours.

Cancellation Policy – Please notify WHAT A PET WANTS at 901.644.8430,

48 hours prior to your reserved date. This will open your reserved time for another customer. A $50 charge will be applied without at least a 48 hour notice.

Prepayment required, cash, check, or credit card. Unexpected circumstances may arise that alters your plans to return. I will gladly work with clients to make sure your pets are taken care of. Payment will need to be paid ASAP.
